agent hands

agent hands, pre-seed, October 2026. Testing is live.

Every AI is about to become an employer.

Agent Hands is where it hires. A person nearby checks a place, takes a photo, buys or delivers. The money is locked before anyone sees the task, and paid in USDC the second the proof passes. Both sides meet inside the chat: your AI hires, and anyone's AI can find them work.

Agent Hands (agenthands.cc). Investor pitch, October 2026. Testing is live. Thesis: every AI is about to become an employer. Agent Hands is where it hires: a person nearby checks a place, takes a photo, buys or delivers. The bounty is locked in escrow before the task is listed and paid in USDC the moment the proof is accepted. Both sides in the chat: one connector URL (agenthands.cc/mcp) works in Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. A poster says what they need and approves the money with one link. A worker asks their own AI "how can I earn?"; it remembers a rough area (never an address), lists open tasks nearest first with links to take them, always gives the full list, and can email new ones. Taking a task and sending proof happen in the phone browser. No app store. Trust: on Base the money sits in the AgentHandsEscrow contract, which has two exits only: the worker named when the task was taken, or back to the payer. Nobody else can receive it, including Agent Hands, and only the wallet that paid can approve a payout, with one signature and no gas. The payer's lock signature commits to every term. Silence after proof pays the worker; no proof by the deadline refunds the payer. A full task is on Base Sepolia (testnet) with every step public, payer, operator and worker all different wallets. Every hiring agent has a public passport: who runs it, its spending caps and its record. Proof: a handwritten code word, issued when the task is taken, must be in the photo, so an old or borrowed photo fails. Deliveries need a 4-digit code from the recipient. Why now: people want this work. RentAHuman.ai reported more than 700,000 people signed up to be hired by AI agents by April 2026, for about 11,000 tasks, with disputes handled by hand. Agents can already pay: x402 has carried more than 100 million agent payments, about 32 cents each, almost all for data and compute. McKinsey's upper estimate is 3 to 5 trillion dollars of commerce orchestrated by agents by 2030. Growth: every listed task is a public page for Google and AI search, with JSON, RSS and Markdown feeds and an instant ping to search engines. People find work in search, in email alerts they asked for, or by asking their AI. No city launches. Status: built and running in production: protocol, worker web app, public task catalog, agent passports, emails for both sides, continuous backups, and the connector for both sides. Testing is live on practice money, and on test USDC through the non-custodial contract on Base Sepolia. Real USDC switches on after an independent audit of the contract. A custodial adapter for the POA chain (5 USDC cap) is also built. No revenue yet. Model: a 10% fee on each paid task, added on top and charged to the poster. The worker keeps the whole bounty. Free while testing. Founder: Pavel Guzhikov, London (guzh.uk). Four companies built from zero, two exits, one unicorn. Founded Worki, a jobs marketplace acquired by Mail.Ru Group in 2019. Co-founded Dengi Vpered, earned-wage access, sold. Founding team at Uzum, Uzbekistan's first unicorn: marketplace, payments, cards. Ask: a pre-seed round; size and terms on a call. It buys Base mainnet after an independent audit of the contract, the first 1,000 workers in London and Tashkent, listings in the AI apps' connector directories, and a verified-worker tier for bigger jobs. Why now

700k+

people signed up to be hired by AI agents on RentAHuman.ai by April 2026, for about 11,000 tasks. Disputes are handled by hand.

100M+

agent payments over x402 since May 2025, about 32 cents each, almost all of it for data and compute.

$3–5T

of commerce that agents could orchestrate by 2030, in McKinsey's upper estimate.

People are lining up and agents can already pay. What is missing is trust in the money and a place where both sides meet. Agent Hands builds both.

Both sides of the market live in the chat.

One connector, two questions. Demand and supply arrive through the AI apps people already open every day. Nobody has to find a marketplace first, and nobody installs an app.

Hire in plain words
The AI writes the task, the proof it needs and a fair price, then sends one approval link. The poster locks the money from their own wallet, and the AI checks the proof; only the poster's wallet releases the money.
Earn by asking
The AI remembers a rough area, never an address, lists open tasks nearest first, always ends with the full list, and can start email alerts for new ones.
Do it from a phone
Take the task and send the photo from any phone browser. The worker is paid to their own wallet, 0x or Tron.

Example chats. The tool names under each chat are the connector's real tools.

Money that can only go two ways.

On Base, the bounty sits in our escrow contract, not with us. It can leave only to the worker named when the task was taken, or back to the payer, and only the wallet that paid can approve a payout. Agent Hands can't receive the money or release it.

Locked before it is listed
The poster's wallet signs once. That signature commits to every term (task, deadline, review window, amounts), so it cannot lock money under any other terms.
Only the payer says pay
Accepting a proof takes a signature from the wallet that paid, with no gas. Not the poster's AI, not Agent Hands.
Silence pays the worker
The payer gets every proof with the time left to reject it. If they say nothing within the review window, anyone can release the payment to the worker. The worker never carries the poster's silence.
No proof, money back
If no proof arrives by the deadline, the money returns to the payer.
Every employer has a passport
Each hiring agent has a public page: who runs it, how much it may spend per task and per day, and its record of tasks posted, paid and disputed. Workers see who is hiring before they go.

Base Sepolia is Base's test network, and its test USDC has no cash value. Real USDC on Base mainnet follows an independent audit of the contract.

Every task brings its own workers.

A paid task does not wait in an app for someone to open it. It goes looking for people.

  1. 1

    Posted

An agent posts a task and the money is locked.

  2. 2

    Found

The task gets a public page for Google and AI search, plus JSON, RSS and Markdown feeds, and search engines are pinged the moment it opens.

  3. 3

    Matched

People find it in search, in an email alert they asked for, or by asking their own AI how can I earn?

  4. 4

    Paid

The proof passes and the USDC lands in seconds, in London or Tashkent.

  5. 5

    Back

Paid people come back and bring friends. More people nearby means faster jobs.

and round again: faster jobs bring more agents

No city launches. A task in Tashkent finds a worker in Tashkent the same way one in London does.

Where it stands

Built and running
The protocol, the worker web app, the public task catalog, agent passports, emails for both sides, continuous backups, and the connector for both sides, all in production.
Money
Practice money for everyone, and test USDC through the non-custodial contract on Base Sepolia for testers. Real USDC switches on after an independent audit of the contract. A custodial adapter for the POA chain, capped at 5 USDC a task, is also built.
Stage
Testing is live at agenthands.cc, on practice money and test USDC. No revenue yet.
Model
A 10% fee on each paid task, added on top and charged to the poster. The worker keeps the whole bounty: a 20 USDC delivery costs the poster 22. Free while testing.

Why me

Pavel Guzhikov, London. Four companies built from zero, two exits, one unicorn.

A jobs marketplace
Founded Worki, Russia's fastest-growing jobs marketplace. Acquired by Mail.Ru Group in 2019.
Paying workers fast
Co-founded Dengi Vpered, earned-wage access backed by Target Global. Sold.
Payments at scale
Founding team at Uzum, Uzbekistan's first unicorn: marketplace, payments and cards, millions of users in two years.

Agent Hands is the same three things, built for a new kind of employer.

The ask

A pre-seed round to make Agent Hands the default way an AI gets something done offline. Size and terms on a call.

  • Base mainnet, after an independent audit of the escrow contract, so real money flows at scale and nobody, us included, holds it.
  • The first 1,000 workers, starting in London and Tashkent.
  • A place in the AI apps' connector directories, so hiring and earning are one tap away in every chat.
  • A verified-worker tier for bigger jobs.

Questions you will ask

Isn't this TaskRabbit?
TaskRabbit needs a person to post, a city to operate in and days to pay out. Here the poster can be an AI in any chat, the task can be anywhere, and the money moves when the proof does.
Why not RentAHuman?
They proved the supply: hundreds of thousands of sign-ups. Then about 11,000 tasks, and disputes settled by hand. We start from the other end: money locked before the task is seen, proof checked by the protocol, and demand arriving from the chats where people already talk to their AI. Two differences you can check today. Their hosted connector, the one ChatGPT uses, cannot post work: their own setup guide says posting needs a local server and an API key. Ours posts from Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, on a phone, with nothing installed. And their guide tells posters to ask for timestamped photos, which are easy to fake; every one of our tasks needs a one-time code word handwritten on paper, which an old or borrowed photo cannot have.
Could you run off with the money?
No. On Base the contract pays only the worker named when the task was taken, or the payer, and only the wallet that paid can approve a payout. We do name the worker, and a proof the payer ignores for the whole review window pays them, so every proof reaches the payer by email with the time left to reject it. Every step is public on chain.
Where do the workers come from?
From the same AI apps: anyone can ask how can I earn?. Every open task is also a page for search engines and AI search, and people can ask for an email when a task near them opens.
Why stablecoins?
A 2-dollar payout from an agent in San Francisco to a person in Tashkent has to settle in seconds. Cards and bank transfers cannot do that at this size. USDC on a fast chain can.
What stops abuse?
A filter refuses tasks that involve following or photographing people, entering private property or handling dangerous items. Every task has a report button, agents have spending caps signed by their owner, and amounts are capped while testing.
